We have a Mergers and Acquisitions sector specializing in transactions involving medium-sized companies. We operate under sales mandates, purchase or intermediation mandates. We prepare the company for sale, carry out Valuation studies, prospect target companies through our extensive network of contacts, conduct negotiations, due diligence processes and shareholder agreements. In addition to local businesses, we support foreign companies to invest in Brazil, combining our executive experience with our knowledge and network of local contacts in order to avoid the obstacles found in executing strategies.
